ORIENTATION PROGRAMS

Orientation programs are dedicated to students and local communities in general in order to highlight the importance of local resources in order to raise job creation opportunities.
A series of presentations are being organized in schools using several promotional tools that capture the attention of students and their families to explore the importance of rural resources and sites and at the same time, encouraging youth to pursue their studies in domains that are highly needed in the communities (Tourism, sports, hospitality services, education, arts, events…)
Open doors and promotional events are also organized in IMS gathering youths from different schools and villages, with the collaboration of schools directors.  Youths are divided into different groups and rotate between different workshops and activities, introducing them in an active and practical way to the multiple sectors and specialization majors.
Mentoring is being offered for interested students to help them think about their future career and make the right choice for their specializations.
A special focus is given to rural tourism, as a main tool for job creation. Therefore, presentations of wide range of job opportunities are being presented in schools.
