IMS is Training Center of PRODES Association. It delivers a wide range of services: modular training programs, consultancy and development projects aiming to job creation and employability in the rural areas of Lebanon. With the objective of enabling families stay and live in their villages.

Its training programs are offered to adult women and youth in the domains of entrepreneurship, tourism services, soft skills and career guidance.

IMS gives consultancy and training to private companies offering capacity building and improvement in quality of services.

IMS carries out development projects aiming the socio-economic development of our villages. Awareness is done in order to involve the communities in the implementation of its strategies ensuring a grass-rooted approach.  

Means of intervention are well adapted to the rural Lebanese context, through the provision of professional training open to all Lebanese, by working in cooperation the municipal authorities and by identifying the potential of each region.

The IMS received the WISE Award from the Qatar Foundation in 2016 and ARADO prize for sustainable environmental management in 2010.
