IMS specializes in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), with a particular focus on tourism and hospitality services.

We deliver our programs through a wide range of approaches, including on-the-job training under our flagship Hospitality-PRO program, modular training courses, consultancy services, and development projects that promote job creation and employability in rural areas across Lebanon. Through these initiatives, IMS seeks to strengthen local economies and enable families to remain and thrive in their villages.

To further expand its impact and ensure its long-term sustainability, IMS has established a Business Unit built around three pillars: Consultancy & Training, the Job Center, and the Kitchen Unit. Through these services,
IMS reinforces its mission while creating sustainable opportunities for growth and innovation.

The quality and impact of IMS’s work have been recognized internationally. In 2016, IMS received the WISE Award from the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development. Earlier, in 2010, IMS was awarded the ARADO Prize for Sustainable Environmental Management.
